Yellowstone Season 5 Production Resumes in Montana

Production for the final episodes of the hit Western series Yellowstone Season 5 has restarted, with filming currently taking place in Montana. The first half of Season 5 was shown between November 2022 and January 2023, while the remaining six episodes are scheduled to air in November 2024.

Delays in production were experienced due to industry strikes, which affected the show's timeline. Last year, there were rumors about Kevin Costner potentially leaving the series because of conflicting commitments, notably his involvement in the two-part Western film Horizon: An American Saga.

Despite the approaching end of Yellowstone, Paramount Network has revealed plans for two spinoff series. These include a prequel named 1944 and a sequel titled 2024.
