In a tragic turn of events, Aamir Sarfaraz, a suspect in the 2013 murder attack on Indian death row prisoner Sarabjit Singh, was fatally shot by unidentified motorcyclists in Islampura, Lahore. Known as Tamba, Sarfaraz succumbed to his injuries after being shot four times, despite efforts to save him.
The attack took place at Tamba's residence on Ganga Street, where two assailants on a motorbike entered his home and opened fire, hitting him twice in the chest and twice in the legs.
