Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) South Punjab, Fuad Hashim Rabbani, recently hosted a grand reception to honor the officers involved in the successful implementation of the 'Zero Waste Operation' during Eid-ul-Azha in South Punjab. The event brought together key officials including Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners, Assistant Commissioners, Chief Officers of Waste Management Companies, Municipal Corporations, and Administrative Secretaries of South Punjab.

During his speech, the ACS praised the hard work and commitment of the workers from various departments who participated in the cleaning operation, despite facing challenging weather conditions. He specifically highlighted the dedication shown by commissioners, deputy commissioners, assistant commissioners, and officers who worked tirelessly for 72 hours straight during Eid, which greatly contributed to the operation's triumph.

One of the key aspects emphasized by the ACS was the establishment of control rooms by the administration to promptly address cleanliness complaints. He credited the success of the government's 'Suthra Punjab' initiative to the collective efforts of the administration, which received recognition from Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif and Chief Secretary Zahid Akhtar Zaman.

Expressing his unwavering commitment to fulfilling government assignments, the ACS urged all officers to maintain their passion for public service.
