Elon Musk Skips Court Hearing on $1 Million Voter Giveaways

After the brief hearing on Thursday morning, a representative from the Philadelphia district attorney’s office stated, “Elon Musk didn’t show.” The representative further explained that Musk and America PAC are seeking to have the case heard in federal court, where they believe the issues can be addressed more appropriately. According to information available on the America PAC website, 13 individuals, including four from Pennsylvania, have already received the $1 million awards.
