FBI Investigates Suspicious Packages Sent to Election Officials Nationwide

In a troubling development, the FBI and the US Postal Inspection Service are currently investigating a series of suspicious packages that have been sent to election officials across more than 15 states. In Mississippi, the Secretary of State’s Elections Division reported receiving a package similar to those sent to other states, prompting the state Department of Homeland Security to conduct tests.
