Indian Diplomat JP Singh Meets Afghan FM Muttaqi in Kabul

KABUL: In a significant diplomatic engagement, JP Singh, the Joint Secretary of the Indian Foreign Ministry for the Pakistan-Afghanistan-Iran division, recently met with Amir Khan Muttaqi, the Acting Foreign Minister of Afghanistan, in Kabul.
