Russian Strikes Wound 13 in Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine

Among the injured is a 17-year-old man, highlighting the indiscriminate nature of the violence that affects people of all ages.

In addition to the casualties in Zaporizhzhia, the eastern region of Donetsk also faced new Russian strikes, resulting in three fatalities and additional injuries. The regional governor, Vadym Filashkin, confirmed that Pokrovsk, a logistical hub, has been under relentless attack for weeks. This pattern of violence underscores the ongoing challenges faced by civilians in these war-torn areas.

Emergency services in Zaporizhzhia are working tirelessly to assist those potentially trapped under the rubble. He has called on Western allies to increase their support, particularly in terms of weaponry to intercept Russian missiles and to impose stricter economic sanctions against Moscow.
