ACE's June Operations: Fighting Corruption with Vigor

The Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) made significant strides in combating corruption during the month of June. In a successful operation, ACE recovered Rs9.77 million in cash from individuals engaged in corrupt activities. This recovered amount was promptly transferred to the government exchequer, ensuring accountability and transparency in financial matters.

Moreover, the ACE conducted a series of raids that led to the apprehension of seven proclaimed offenders and 19 accused individuals wanted in various corruption cases. Additionally, the establishment filed nine new cases and submitted challans in court for 10 ongoing cases, furthering the legal proceedings against corrupt practices.

During the month, the ACE received a total of 154 new complaints from concerned citizens. Of these complaints, 133 were successfully resolved, showcasing the commitment of ACE towards addressing public grievances. The remaining complaints are currently under investigation, reflecting the dedication of the establishment to thoroughly examine each case.

Furthermore, the ACE initiated 37 new inquiries against personnel from different departments, bringing the total number of ongoing inquiries to 249. Decisions were made on 39 cases, highlighting the swift action taken by ACE to hold individuals accountable for their involvement in corrupt activities.

ACE Director Hafiz Muhammad Imran Khokhar reiterated the organization's unwavering commitment to combat corruption and emphasized the need for intensified efforts to eradicate corrupt practices from society.
