In a bid to facilitate this scholarship program, an important Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has already been signed with the Bank of Punjab. The meeting, held at Punjab Stadium, was attended by various officials, including the Director General of Sports Punjab, Khizar Afzaal, and other key figures from the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB).

Afzaal described the initiative as a "great initiative for the true flourishing of talented youth of the province," reinforcing the positive impact this program is expected to have.

The introduction of the Rs 25,000 scholarship for educated youth marks a promising development in Punjab's educational landscape.
