PAF and Wapda Shine in Basketball Tournament

The ongoing All Pakistan Muhammad Majid and Abdul Nasir Memorial Basketball Tournament at Siddique Memon Sports Complex in Karachi has witnessed thrilling matches as teams compete for a spot in the semifinals. In the latest fixtures, Pakistan Air Force (PAF) and Wapda have emerged as strong contenders, showcasing impressive skills and teamwork.

PAF's dominance was on full display as they secured their third consecutive victory by defeating the Police team with a commanding score of 75-40. Mehtab Akram and Mohammad Akhtar stood out with stellar performances, leading PAF to a convincing win.

On the other hand, Balochistan faced a tough defeat against Sindh Greens, with a final score of 43-85. Taimour Zaheer and Rana Athar of Sindh Greens shined bright, each contributing 15 points to their team's victory. Punjab Rangers also delivered a strong performance, overpowering Sindh Whites with a score of 81-56, thanks to the efforts of Muhammad Mudassar and Fakhar Akram.

Wapda continued their winning streak by defeating Sindh Greens with a score of 91-50, showcasing their prowess on the court. As the tournament progresses, the upcoming matches will determine the final standings, leading up to the highly anticipated semifinals scheduled for June 1st.
