The Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) has announced that the national men's football team of Saudi Arabia is set to visit Islamabad on June 5 for an upcoming FIFA World Cup qualifier match. The match is scheduled to take place at the Jinnah Football Stadium in Islamabad on June 6. Saudi Arabia previously defeated Pakistan 4-0 in Al Ahsa city.

The Saudi Arabian football squad will be arriving in Islamabad via a chartered flight from Riyadh. This match against Saudi Arabia will be Pakistan's final home game in this round of the qualifiers. Following this, Pakistan will play against Tajikistan on June 11 in their last away match of round 2. Pakistan is part of Group G, which includes Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Tajikistan.
