The Pakistan women's cricket team announces a 17-player squad for their tour of England, featuring T20Is and ODIs crucial for ICC Women’s Championship qualification. Key players like Aliya Riaz and Diana Baig are set to showcase their skills in this series.

The Pakistan women's national cricket team has announced a 17-player squad for their upcoming tour of England, led by captain Nida Dar. The team will compete in three T20Is from 11-17 May and three ODIs from 23-29 May, with the ODIs forming part of the ICC Women’s Championship 2022-25. This series marks Pakistan's eighth and final engagement in the current event cycle, where they currently hold the fifth position with 16 points in the standings.

The top five teams from the ICC Women's Championship, along with hosts India, will secure direct qualification for the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025. In addition to the white-ball matches, Pakistan will also play two warm-up games against ECB Development XI on 9 and 21 May. This tour represents Pakistan's first visit to England since 2016, providing an opportunity for the team to showcase their skills and build momentum for future competitions.

The squad includes key players such as Aliya Riaz, Diana Baig, and Muneeba Ali, supported by a dedicated team of coaching and support staff. The tour schedule comprises of a T20 warm-up game on 9 May, followed by the first ODI on 23 May in Derby, the second ODI on 26 May in Taunton, and the final ODI on 29 May in Chelmsford, all contributing to the ICC Women’s Championship.
