VREMT Unveils Cutting-Edge EV Technology at Frankfurt Expo

The golden battery meets the highest global safety standards, featuring eight thermal safety technologies designed to prevent thermal runaway and ensure precise management throughout its lifecycle. It has successfully passed three industry-first extreme safety tests, including enduring 240 seconds of sustained external fire, overpressure penetration, and six extreme serial conditions, thereby guaranteeing its absolute safety.

In addition to its innovative battery technology, VREMT also introduced the 800V high-performance SiC four-motor drive system. This system delivers the world's highest power and torque density, with a peak output of 930kW and a peak torque of 1,280Nm. This allows vehicles like the ZEEKR 001FR to perform impressive maneuvers such as "Tank Turns" and "Slalom," while accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.02 seconds.

Another highlight of VREMT's showcase was the 800V ultra-fast liquid-cooled charging platform, known as HPC-V3. This platform boasts the world's highest single-gun output power, with a maximum voltage of 1,000V and a maximum current of 800A, achieving a single-gun peak power of 800kW. Users can replenish their vehicle's energy in as little as 10 minutes, setting a global record for minute-level charging efficiency.
