Greek firefighters battle wildfires amid climate change crisis

Greece's southern region faced a devastating situation on Friday as forest fires ravaged parts of the country, leading to the tragic loss of a 55-year-old man in the Ilia region of the Peloponnese peninsula. The fires, which were exacerbated by strong winds, forced evacuations in Ilia, Achaia, and Kranidi.
