Mountain View Development unveils Plage project with EGP 90bn investment

Mountain View Development has unveiled its latest project, Plage, on the North Coast with a substantial investment of EGP 90bn. Spanning 900 acres, Plage offers a diverse range of experiences, including The Wave Plage and The Greek Plage. Situated in the charming Sidi Abdel Rahman area at kilometre 120 on the Alexandria-Marsa Matrouh Road, Plage is conveniently located just two and a half hours away from Cairo. Its strategic positioning near key landmarks, major roads, and vibrant entertainment and commercial hubs of the North Coast makes it an attractive destination for residents and tourists alike.
