British-Pakistani-owned firm 'One Homes' has unveiled plans to inject a $35 million investment into Pakistan with the launch of 'Amaya Panoramas,' a luxury serviced apartment project in Islamabad tailored exclusively for overseas Pakistanis. The announcement was made by Aqib Hassan, Chief Commercial Officer of One Homes, during a press conference in Islamabad. Hassan highlighted the company's track record of bringing in over $400 million in investments to Pakistan over the past decade, with a focus on upscale housing and construction.

The project, 'Amaya Panoramas,' aims to offer a premium living experience with 5-star branded service apartments that prioritize luxury, comfort, and aesthetics. The development will provide bespoke concierge services and on-demand amenities to cater to the discerning needs of residents. One Homes, with a workforce of more than 900 individuals and a presence in the UK, Pakistan, Dubai, London, and Houston, aims to redefine the real estate landscape in Pakistan by creating immersive living experiences.

Joining Aqib Hassan at the press conference were Bernardo Vasconcelos, founder of BCO London, a renowned salon in the UK, and Olga Varabyeu from Varabyeu Partners, an international architecture and design firm known for its innovative approach to projects. Vasconcelos expressed interest in collaborating with One Homes on the 'Amaya Panoramas' project, emphasizing its alignment with lifestyle-focused initiatives. Varabyeu shared her enthusiasm for working on the development, aiming to create environmentally friendly designs that meet global architectural standards.

Aqib Hassan underscored the vital role of overseas Pakistanis in driving economic growth through real estate investments. He emphasized that projects like 'Amaya Panoramas' are tailored to meet the investment preferences of the Pakistani diaspora, offering a blend of luxury living and secure investment opportunities with dollar-linked rental returns and comprehensive management services.
