CNN and Hyundai launch a campaign celebrating changemakers, featuring inspiring stories and the Visionaries series.

In a significant move to celebrate changemakers and visionaries, CNN International Commercial (CNNIC) has teamed up with Hyundai Motor Company. This partnership aims to highlight inspiring success stories from around the globe, showcasing the entrepreneurial spirit and innovative vision of Hyundai, which is centered around the theme of "Progress for Humanity." The campaign is designed to engage and inspire audiences worldwide through a mix of advertising, branded content, and sponsorship solutions.

The campaign features a branded content component that includes two films produced by CNNIC's global brand studio, Create. These films are intended to raise awareness of Hyundai's ongoing support in the sports arena. The first film stars Laura Enever, an Australian professional surfer and Hyundai brand ambassador. Enever, who holds a Guinness World Record, is dedicated to promoting female surfers and the sport of surfing. The film takes a cinematic documentary approach, showcasing how Laura empowers young female surfers to chase their dreams.

Additionally, Hyundai Motor is the exclusive sponsor of a new editorial series titled "Visionaries." This series will air across CNN International's television, digital, and social platforms from November through April. It aims to spotlight extraordinary individuals and inspiring leaders in various fields, including art, business, technology, and sports. The series will feature CNN's prominent correspondents and anchors, guiding viewers through the stories of remarkable people who have pioneered change and continue to shape a better world. This aligns perfectly with Hyundai's mission to enhance the quality of life.

Cathy Ibal, Senior Vice President of CNN International Commercial, expressed excitement about the collaboration, stating, "We are excited to collaborate with Hyundai Motor Company on this inspiring campaign that underscores our shared commitment to spotlight the diversity of inspiring leaders across different fields of importance who have each pioneered change for the better." She emphasized the hope that the compelling stories shared through this campaign will inspire CNN's global audiences and spark meaningful conversations.

The first episode of "Visionaries" aired on November 2nd and features Olympic legends Simone Biles and Jordan Chiles discussing how they handle pressure on the world stage. It also includes insights from former PepsiCo CEO Indra Nooyi on balancing motherhood with leadership responsibilities. This blend of personal stories and professional insights aims to resonate with viewers, encouraging them to reflect on their own journeys.

Hyundai Motor Company, established in 1967, operates in over 200 countries and employs more than 120,000 individuals dedicated to addressing real-world mobility challenges. With a focus on becoming a Smart Mobility Solution Provider, Hyundai is investing in advanced technologies, including robotics and Advanced Air Mobility (AAM). The company is committed to a sustainable future, striving to introduce zero-emission vehicles through its industry-leading hydrogen fuel cell and electric vehicle technologies.

This partnership between CNN and Hyundai not only highlights the importance of storytelling in inspiring change but also reflects a broader commitment to innovation and sustainability. As audiences engage with these narratives, they are encouraged to think about their roles in creating a better world. The collaboration serves as a reminder that every individual has the potential to be a changemaker, and through shared stories, we can inspire one another to pursue our dreams and make a positive impact.
