Maqbool Urges Emulation of Holy Prophet’s Teachings at National Seerat Festival

He called upon the community to prepare for the future by accepting and tackling modern challenges through the lens of Islamic teachings. The festival, organized by the National Rahmatul-lil-Alameen Wa Khatamun Nabiyyin Authority, aims to promote the Seerat of the Prophet (PBUH) as a means to achieve world peace.

Khurshid Ahmad Nadeem, the Chairman of the organizing authority, echoed these sentiments in his opening address. He emphasized that understanding the life of the Prophet (PBUH) is crucial for achieving global harmony. "If the world wants peace, it must come to the life of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)," he remarked, urging attendees to study and adopt the Seerat of the Prophet (PBUH) instead of seeking solutions elsewhere.

The festival, which runs from September 20th to 22nd, 2024, features a variety of programs, including the much-anticipated "International Seerat Conference" and a "Seerat Ketab Mela" (Book Fair). These events showcase a rich collection of Islamic literature, focusing on the life and teachings of the Prophet (PBUH). Scholars, researchers, and academicians from around the globe are participating, discussing the essence of the Prophet’s message of mercy and compassion.
