Rescue 1122 Responds to Fatal Van-Truck Collision

On the night of May 25, 2024, a devastating incident shook the town of Muzaffargarh near adda Muhammadwala in Chowk Sarwar Shaheed. A collision between a passenger van and a truck resulted in the loss of four lives and left six others severely injured, including women and children.

Following the distress call, the swift response of Rescue 1122 was crucial. Four ambulances were dispatched to the scene, with support from both Muzaffargarh and Layyah. The deceased individuals have been moved to Chowk Sarwar Shaheed hospital, while the injured, identified as Shamim, Benish, Zanib, Nadeem, Walisha Batool, and Sameer, are currently under medical care. Sadly, three of the injured are in critical condition.
