Three lives were lost in a tragic incident on the National Highway near Uthal when a passenger bus traveling from Karachi to Quetta caught fire. The unfortunate event occurred overnight in Wayaro near Uthal, leading to a swift response from rescue teams. Despite the severity of the accident, several passengers were able to escape by jumping out of the burning bus. Rescue teams managed to extinguish the fire and provide assistance to seven injured individuals from the bus.

Following the accident, the highway was temporarily closed, and the injured passengers were promptly taken to the District Headquarters Hospital Uthal for medical treatment. Deputy Commissioner of Lasbela, Humaira Baloch, commended the quick response of the rescue teams and ensured that precautionary measures were in place at the hospital to handle any potential casualties.
