A dacoit named Tahir met his demise when his partner accidentally shot him during a failed robbery in Burewala. Law enforcement is now on high alert to capture the escaped criminal.
In a dramatic turn of events, a dacoit met his demise at the hands of his own partner during a botched robbery attempt in Burewala. The incident took place in the village of Arhiwala, where two criminals attempted to loot the residents, only to be confronted by vigilant locals.
As the villagers closed in on the dacoits, one of them was captured while the other resorted to firing his weapon in a desperate bid to free his comrade. Tragically, the accomplice's gunfire ended up fatally wounding the dacoit in question, leading to his death at the scene. The surviving criminal managed to evade capture and flee from the area.
Upon receiving reports of the confrontation, law enforcement officers swiftly arrived at the location, led by DSP Melsi Rana Nadeem Iqbal and SHO Ashraf Zahoor of Meeranpur police station. The deceased dacoit was later identified as Tahir, also known as Tarii, a wanted criminal with a history of involvement in dacoities, robberies, and other serious offenses.
Following the incident, the police have launched special teams to track down and apprehend the escaped criminal, intensifying efforts to maintain law and order in the region.
