In Prime Minister Modi's third term, several key ministries will see familiar faces retaining their positions. The lineup includes Amit Shah as Home Minister, Rajnath Singh as Defence Minister, S Jaishankar as Foreign Minister, and Nirmala Sitharaman as Finance Minister. Prime Minister Modi himself will oversee important portfolios such as the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Atomic Energy, and Department of Space.

Nitin Gadkari will continue to lead the Road Transport and Highways Ministry, supported by junior ministers Ajay Tamta and Harsh Malhotra. Piyush Goyal remains in charge of Commerce, while JP Nadda takes on Health and Chemicals and Fertilisers. Manohar Lal Khattar will handle Power and Housing and Urban Affairs, with support from Shripad Naik and Tokhan Sahu. Shivraj Singh Chouhan will lead Agriculture, Farmers Welfare, and Rural Development.

Annapurna Devi will manage Women & Child Development, and Mansukh Mandavia will handle Labour and Employment, as well as Sports and Youth Affairs. Jitan Ram Manjhi will oversee Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, with Shobha Karandlaje as Minister of State.

Ashwini Vaishnaw will manage I&B and Railways, Ram Mohan Naidu Civil Aviation, and Jyotiraditya Scindia Telecom. HD Kumaraswamy will lead Heavy Industries and Steel, and Chirag Paswan Food Processing. Dr Jitendra Singh will be in charge of Science and Technology, Ministry of Earth Sciences, Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Atomic Energy, Department of Space, and the Prime Minister's Office. Arjun Ram Meghwal will handle Law and Justice and serve as junior minister for Parliamentary Affairs.
