An employee of the Ministry of Commerce in Rawalpindi caught selling fake tickets for Pakistan-New Zealand T20I match. New Zealand wins third T20I, leveling series at 1-1.

Recently, an employee of the Ministry of Commerce in Rawalpindi was apprehended for unlawfully vending honorary tickets for the Pakistan-New Zealand T20I match. The accused, identified as Zulfaqar Ahmed, was caught selling these tickets near the Kidney Center in the garrison city, where the third T20I of the series was being held.

According to reports, Ahmed was offering the tickets at a price of Rs1,000 each. Upon investigation, it was revealed that he had acquired the tickets from his workplace at the Commerce Ministry. An official complaint was lodged against him by Detective Foot Constable Atif Qayyum, citing dishonesty in the sale of these tickets.

In the sporting arena, New Zealand emerged victorious in the third T20I, securing a comfortable seven-wicket win over Pakistan at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. This triumph has leveled the series at 1-1, with the upcoming matches scheduled to be held in Lahore on April 25 and 27, respectively. The first T20I was abandoned due to inclement weather, while Pakistan claimed victory in the second T20I at the same venue.
