The Pakistan Poomsae team recently made their mark at the Asian Taekwondo Championship in Da Nang, Vietnam, where they clinched a well-deserved bronze medal in the over 30 event category. The team, comprising Shehbaz Ahmed, Mudassar Hussain, and Muhammad Mumtaz, impressed the audience with their skill and determination, securing a podium finish.
During the competition, Iran emerged victorious, claiming the gold medal with a score of 8.182 points, followed by Vietnam with the silver at 7.630 points. Pakistan, alongside Chinese Taipei, proudly took home the bronze medals, both scoring 7.583 and 7.533 points, respectively. Noteworthy performances were also seen from Saudi Arabia in fifth place with 7.299 points and India in sixth place with 6.349 points.
