Egypt's President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi recently inaugurated the country's new Cabinet at Al-Ittihadiya Palace in Cairo. The Cabinet, led by Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, aims to address national security concerns, enhance the well-being of the Egyptian people, and promote political engagement.

The reshuffle was initiated by President El-Sisi to adapt to evolving challenges. Prime Minister Madbouly responded by submitting the resignation of the previous government on June 3.

During the ceremony, key appointments were announced, including Kamel El-Wazir as Minister of Industry and Transport, Khaled Abdel-Ghaffar as Minister of Health and Population, and Lt. Gen. Abdel-Maguid Sakr as Minister of Defense.

Rania Al-Mashat, Ayman Ashour, Hani Sewilam, and Mohammed Sheemy also assumed important ministerial roles in planning, education, water resources, and public business sector, respectively.

Notable changes in other ministries include Mahmoud Esmat in Electricity, Ahmed Kouchouk in Finance, Manal Awad Mikhail in Local Development, and Sherif Farouk in Supply and Internal Trade.

Continuing ministers such as Mahmoud Tawfik in Interior and Yasmine Fouad in Environment retained their positions. The nation's governors also took their oaths of office during the ceremony.
