Dr. Yousaf Zaffar leads PCCC's cotton revolution

The Pakistan Central Cotton Committee (PCCC) is on a mission to revitalize its former glory and revolutionize cotton research and development under the leadership of Dr. Yousaf Zaffar, the Vice President of PCCC.
