Engr Amir Muqam lauds Shehbaz Sharif's economic policies

Foreign investments in Pakistan have experienced a notable surge, largely attributed to the effective policies implemented by Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif's administration. Federal Minister Engr Amir Muqam has emphasized the positive outcomes of these policies, highlighting the restoration of trust among international investors.

During Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif's recent visit to China, several significant agreements and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) were signed, promising substantial benefits for Pakistan's economy. Minister Muqam also acknowledged the influx of investments from countries like Saudi Arabia and the UAE, indicating a strong confidence in the economic and foreign strategies of the Shehbaz Sharif government.

Engr Amir Muqam has identified numerous investment prospects in sectors such as agriculture, mining, tourism, and Information Technology, particularly in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He attributed the stability of the Pakistani Rupee against the Dollar and the reduction in essential commodity prices to the prudent economic and fiscal measures undertaken by the PML-N government.

Addressing concerns of political victimization, Minister Muqam highlighted the challenges encountered by PML-N leaders under the PTI government, stressing the significance of upholding the rule of law. He criticized the PTI leadership for pursuing a person-specific agenda aimed at securing the release of individuals facing corruption allegations.

Engr Amir Muqam emphasized the necessity of robust state institutions and urged all stakeholders to collaborate towards the advancement and prosperity of Pakistan. He underscored the alignment of politics with the nation's interests and cautioned against divisive and hate-driven political practices.

Furthermore, Minister Muqam shed light on the developmental projects initiated in Swat, including the establishment of a modern Kidney hospital, enhanced infrastructure, and expanded gas facilities. He praised the resilience of the Swat community in combating terrorism and reiterated the government's dedication to addressing the genuine concerns of party workers.
