Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif of Pakistan undertook a significant day-long visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Thursday, marking a pivotal moment in the diplomatic relations between the two nations. His visit was met with a warm reception as he arrived in Abu Dhabi and was greeted by Vice President and Chairman of Presidential Court of UAE, Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, alongside Pakistani and UAE ambassadors and other officials.

During his visit, PM Shehbaz engaged in crucial discussions with UAE President Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, focusing on enhancing trade and investment opportunities between the two countries. A highlight of the visit was his participation in a round-table session themed 'Innovate Together: UAE-Pakistan Tech Collaborations'.

Addressing the audience, Prime Minister Shehbaz emphasized the significance of bolstering the bilateral relationship through investments rather than loans. He underscored the potential of Pakistan's youth, particularly in the IT sector, and advocated for establishing a robust framework to support the country's IT industry.
