BISE Lahore Reschedules Intermediate Exams Due to Presidential Visit

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore has rescheduled the Intermediate exams originally planned for April 24 due to the visit of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Lahore. This decision was made to accommodate the heightened security measures and local holiday declared during the Iranian President's visit.

The Controller of Exams at BISE Lahore announced that the postponed exams will now take place on May 24. The rescheduling affects not only Lahore but also the districts of Kasur, Nankana Sahib, and Sheikhupura, where inter-paper cancellations will be implemented. Furthermore, exams for subjects such as history, geography, clinical pathology, and others have been postponed.

In addition to the written exams, the physics practical exam originally scheduled for the following day has also been postponed and rescheduled for May 15. The Controller of Exams cautioned students about potential difficulties in using public transport due to the increased security measures in place.
