The Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PkMAP) chief Mahmood Khan Achakzai has called for the revocation of all cases against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and party workers through a parliamentary resolution. Speaking at a rally in Baloshitan's Pishin, Achakzai acknowledged Imran Khan as the leader of the strongest party in parliament, emphasizing the need to support the embattled party leaders.

The opposition alliance, including PTI, Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC), Jamaat-e-Islami (JI), Balochistan National Party-Mengal (BNP), Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MWM), and PkMAP, launched a protest movement named Protect the Constitution (Tehreek Tahafuz Ayin) against alleged rigging in the February 8 elections. The rally saw prominent leaders like BNP chief Sardar Akhtar Mengal, SIC chief Hamid Raza, and JI's Dr Ataur Rehman in attendance.

Despite the imposition of Section 144 due to the law and order situation, the opposition leaders expressed their determination to continue the movement until the supremacy of the Constitution and the acquisition of rights. The alliance presented a resolution emphasizing the importance of the elected parliament in making internal and external policies and the announcement of election results under Form 45.

In conclusion, the opposition alliance's united front under the leadership of Mahmood Khan Achakzai aims to defend the Constitution and uphold civil supremacy in the country, highlighting the ongoing struggle for the rights of the people.
