The Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ali Amin Gandapur, has issued a stern warning to the federal government regarding the persistent power outages plaguing the province. Gandapur emphasized that if the power outage issue is not resolved by the end of the day, he will take control of the Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO).

He disclosed that he had engaged in discussions with the PESCO Chief to address the urgent need for a reduction in load shedding duration in the province.

Gandapur stressed the necessity of implementing 'five to six hours of reduced load shedding' promptly to alleviate the situation and provide relief to the residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
