Minister Malik Unveils PM Sharif's Job Creation Initiative

The Federal Minister for Petroleum, Musadik Masood Malik, revealed a new initiative spearheaded by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to create job opportunities for young graduates and empower them to generate employment for others. The plan, unveiled during a news conference in Lahore, aims to bring about systemic changes and attract foreign investments to support its implementation.

Minister Malik highlighted the challenges posed by the imbalance between Pakistan's exports and imports, underscoring the importance of enhancing exports to bolster the country's economy. He emphasized the government's commitment to increasing GDP, improving productivity, and driving economic reforms to ensure sustainable development.

In addition to economic goals, the minister stressed the importance of fostering a harmonious society based on respect, morality, and Islamic and family values. He expressed the government's determination to address discrimination and promote social cohesion.

Regarding Pakistan's relations with Saudi Arabia, Minister Malik mentioned ongoing discussions aimed at advancing the country's progress and development. He noted that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif had outlined collaboration opportunities with Riyadh during a recent visit by a high-powered Saudi delegation to Pakistan. Proposals for investment and profit-sharing were shared with Saudi officials to explore avenues for mutual benefit.

The minister's announcements signal a proactive approach towards economic growth, job creation, and social harmony, underlining the government's commitment to steering Pakistan towards a path of prosperity and inclusivity.
