Minister Tarar Stresses Education and Cleanliness Importance

The Federal Minister for Law, Azam Nazeer Tarar, emphasized the significance of education and cleanliness in Islam during a convocation at Allama Iqbal Open University. He highlighted that education is a crucial element for a nation's progress and development, stating that no nation can excel without acquiring education. Minister Tarar commended the students for their dedication and hard work in completing their degrees, attributing their success to the efforts of teachers, parents, and the university.

Established in 1974, Allama Iqbal Open University holds the distinction of being the first distance learning university in the region, a source of pride for Pakistanis. Minister Tarar underscored the transformative power of education, noting that it plays a vital role in shaping individuals and contributing to societal advancement. He emphasized the importance of collective efforts to address the challenges facing the country and highlighted the need for quality teachers, skilled staff, and effective policies to ensure the university's prestige.

Education and health are among the top priorities of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, with a focus on enhancing school education, university restructuring, and improving examination centers. Minister Tarar stressed the government's responsibility to provide affordable education and establish a uniform education system to eliminate disparities.
