PTI and JUI-F are considering an alliance against the current government due to shared dissatisfaction with the electoral process. Talks of a joint public movement and a potential united platform have emerged, marking a significant shift in their relationship.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) have found common ground amidst their opposition to the current government. Following a recent contact, the two parties have agreed to increase their interactions, signaling a potential alliance in the making. Asad Qaiser, a prominent PTI leader, confirmed a conversation with JUI-F Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman, where they discussed the political landscape and expressed mutual dissatisfaction with the current government formation process.

The PTI and JUI-F share concerns over what they perceive as a flawed electoral process that led to the current government's formation. They are contemplating a joint public movement against what they term a 'fake government.' Qaiser proposed the idea of a united platform, 'Tehreek-e-Tahaffuz-e-Dastoor,' for parties advocating the rule of law to collectively oppose the incumbent government.

This recent development marks a shift in the relationship between the two parties, who had previously been political rivals. Despite initial criticism within PTI ranks, the leadership has pursued closer ties with JUI-F, especially in light of allegations of electoral rigging. Talks of a potential alliance between PTI and JUI-F are underway, with plans to form a committee to address election irregularities and plan future actions.

In a separate development, a six-party opposition alliance, including PTI, has initiated a protest campaign against the government. The alliance, comprising various political entities, aims to challenge the government's legitimacy and reclaim what they perceive as their rights through a nationwide movement.
