Rehana Dar and Ruba face legal trouble in Punjab

Two women, Rehana Dar and Ruba, found themselves in the midst of legal trouble after organizing an unlawful rally in Punjab. Despite not being arrested by the Punjab police, they were subjected to legal proceedings. The women attempted to board a police vehicle voluntarily but were eventually escorted back to their homes. Currently, both Rehana Dar and Ruba are safe at their respective residences.

The situation escalated when Umar Dar, Rehana Dar's son, claimed that his mother had been arrested in Sialkot. Rehana Dar had initiated a peaceful protest in response to the events of May 9. Umar Dar also highlighted that several other female leaders from the PTI party were apprehended by law enforcement.

It is worth mentioning that Rehana Dar had previously contested against PML-N's Khawaja Asif in the National Assembly constituency NA-71. Despite her efforts, she was defeated by the incumbent defense minister.
