The Islamabad High Court has requested detailed information from the Interior Ministry regarding the cases against Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur. This move comes as part of a broader inquiry into the legal matters surrounding Gandapur's tenure. Reports were submitted by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), National Accountability Bureau (NAB), and Islamabad Police, shedding light on the current status of investigations.

According to the reports presented in court, the FIA disclosed that there is one pending inquiry against Gandapur. Meanwhile, the Islamabad Police revealed that a total of 18 cases have been registered against the Chief Minister, out of which 14 have already been concluded. Surprisingly, there were no cases reported against Gandapur by the NAB.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani oversaw the proceedings and directed the Interior Ministry to furnish a comprehensive report on the registered cases by May 29. This development marks a significant step in ensuring transparency and accountability within the government.
