Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa of the Capital Development Authority issues directives to accelerate IT tasks and construction quality for 93 Civil Courts, emphasizing efficiency and timely completion.

The Chairman of the Capital Development Authority (CDA), Muhammad Ali Randhawa, has recently issued crucial directives aimed at expediting the completion of various IT-related tasks, including the establishment of a video conference room for 93 Civil Courts. Stressing the importance of promptly initiating IT work and addressing necessary repairs, the Chairman has mandated third-party validation of the civil courts by NESPAK, with payments contingent upon the judges' satisfaction.

Having been funded by the CDA for construction costs amounting to Rs 2 billion, the 93 Civil Courts have been operational for the past eighteen months, subsequent to the completion of all civil work. During a visit to the Litigant Facilitation Center in G-10/1, the Chairman instructed officials to accelerate construction efforts while upholding standards of quality and efficiency. He has underscored a zero-tolerance policy towards any shortcomings and emphasized the importance of timely project completion.

The proactive measures taken by Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa underscore the commitment of the CDA towards enhancing the efficiency and functionality of the judicial infrastructure.
