Chairman of the Capital Development Authority, Muhammad Ali Randhawa, directs prompt IT completion and strict quality control for Civil Courts and Litigant Facilitation Center.
The Chairman of the Capital Development Authority (CDA), Muhammad Ali Randhawa, has instructed for the speedy completion of all IT-related tasks, including the establishment of a video conference room for the 93 Civil Courts located in G-11/4. During his recent inspection of the courts, Muhammad Ali stressed the importance of promptly starting IT work and addressing necessary repairs. He specifically mentioned that NESPAK would conduct third-party validation of the courts, with payments contingent upon the judges' satisfaction.
The construction expenses for the 93 Civil Courts, totaling Rs 2 billion, were covered by the CDA. These courts have been operational for the past eighteen months after the completion of civil work. Furthermore, Chairman CDA also visited the Litigant Facilitation Center in G-10/1 and directed officials to resume construction work immediately. He emphasized a strict zero-tolerance policy towards any compromises in the quality or speed of work, highlighting the significance of timely project completion.
