City Edge Developments unveils Beachfront Towers in New Alamein City

City Edge Developments has unveiled its latest project, the Beachfront Towers, located in New Alamein City. This project comprises four residential towers and a versatile podium spread across 42,000 sqm. Crafted to meet global standards, the Beachfront Towers offer a wide range of amenities within the podium levels, including sea-view commercial spaces, lush gardens, pools, cafes, and dining options.

Sales for units in the first tower of the Beachfront Towers are set to begin on 6 June, with flexible payment options available for up to 10 years. The towers vary in height from 27 to 35 floors, providing a total of 848 units ranging from 120-680 sqm. The first tower, with an 85% completion rate, is expected to be completed by 2025 and features 180 residential units, 143 commercial units, and 656 parking spots.

Supervised by the Engineering Consultants Group (ECG) and constructed by Hassan Allam Construction, the Beachfront Towers project marks the commencement of the summer 2024 season. City Edge Developments aims to achieve EGP 45bn in contractual sales this year by gradually releasing the remaining towers for sale.
