Under the leadership of Federal Minister for Energy Power Division and Federal Secretary Power, IESCO collaborates with media to address load management, voltage issues, and consumer concerns, fostering transparency and accountability in the energy sector.

Under the leadership of Federal Minister for Energy Power Division, Sardar Awais Ahmad Khan Leghari, and Federal Secretary Power, Rashid Langrial, a virtual meeting was organized by IESCO's Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Muhammad Amjad Khan, with members of the print and electronic media. The primary objective of the meeting was to provide updates on load management, scheduled shutdowns for development work, and voltage issues on 11 kV feeders within the IESCO region.

Dr. Khan stressed the importance of collaboration and communication between IESCO and the media. He urged media personnel to report any instances of corruption, unscheduled load shedding, consumer mistreatment, delays in electricity connections, or other concerns directly to him. This proactive approach aims to address inefficiencies and consumer grievances promptly.

The media representatives commended IESCO's initiatives and pledged their support. While acknowledging IESCO's customer-friendly approach, they suggested improvements such as timely outage notifications, quick resolution of complaints, and expedited electricity connections.
