The Pakistan Carpet Manufacturers and Exporters Association (PCMEA) has rescheduled the 40th International Carpet Exhibition to October 3-5 in Lahore to accommodate European buyers' needs. This proactive decision aims to showcase Pakistan's handwoven carpet industry globally, fostering export opportunities and economic growth.

The Pakistan Carpet Manufacturers and Exporters Association (PCMEA) has made the decision to reschedule the 40th International Carpet Exhibition in response to the requests of European buyers. Originally planned for October 12 to 14, the exhibition will now be held from October 3 to 5 at a local hotel in Lahore. This change was initiated based on feedback received from European buyers, with whom the Association has been actively communicating.

Usman Ashraf, the Senior Vice Chairman of the PCMEA, highlighted the importance of this decision, emphasizing the significance of aligning with the needs of international buyers. The Association has notified foreign buyers and relevant authorities, including the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), about the new dates. Preparations are already in progress to ensure a successful and productive event.
