Suzuki Motorcycle India's strong start in fiscal year 2024-25 with impressive sales, production milestone, and new product launch highlights commitment to customer satisfaction and growth in the competitive two-wheeler market.

Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. (SMIPL), the two-wheeler subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan, has reported a strong start to the fiscal year 2024-25 with impressive sales figures for April 2024. The company's total sales for the month reached 99,377 units, showing a 12% increase from the previous year's sales of 88,731 units. Domestic sales soared to a record high of 88,067 units, marking a remarkable 31% growth compared to April 2023. However, exports experienced a decline, dropping to 11,310 units from 21,472 units in April 2023.

Mr. Devashish Handa, Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing & After Sales at Suzuki Motorcycle India, expressed satisfaction with the company's performance, highlighting the strong support from Indian customers. He credited the Dealer Network and business associates for their contributions to the company's success and emphasized Suzuki's commitment to meeting customer expectations and sustaining growth.

In addition to the sales achievements, SMIPL celebrated the production milestone of 8 million two-wheelers in April 2024 and introduced the 25th Anniversary Edition of its Flagship Motorcycle Hayabusa. Suzuki Motorcycle India, established in 2006 with an annual production capacity of 1 million units, focuses on delivering products of superior value tailored to the Indian market.
