Funeral prayers in Jhelum Cantt honor the sacrifice of ANF jawans, with special tribute to Head Constable Rana Gulzar in Okara. The solemn ceremony pays homage to the dedication and valor of those who safeguard communities from narcotics.

On Thursday, the funeral prayers were conducted in Jhelum Cantt for the brave jawans of the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) who tragically lost their lives in a clash with smugglers near Turkey Toll Plaza Jhelum. The solemn ceremony was graced by the presence of Federal Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control, Mohsin Naqvi, alongside esteemed ANF and Pak Army officials.

After the prayers, the bodies of the martyred jawans were reverently transported to their respective hometowns for burial, where they were laid to rest with full military honors. Notably, Head Constable Rana Gulzar, one of the fallen heroes, was honored with a separate funeral prayer in Okara. The funeral service in Okara was attended by a multitude of citizens and officials who came to pay their respects.

Shaheed Head Constable Gulzar was interred in his hometown cemetery with the utmost dignity and reverence, symbolizing the nation's gratitude for his sacrifice and service.
