The All Parties Hurriyat Conference in IIOJK reaffirms Kashmiris' commitment to political struggle for freedom, condemning Indian oppression and calling for international intervention to resolve the Kashmir conflict.

In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) has reiterated the Kashmiri people's unwavering commitment to continue their political struggle until the Kashmir dispute is resolved in accordance with relevant United Nations resolutions.

The APHC spokesperson, Advocate Abdul Rashid Minhas, highlighted that the Kashmiri populace, driven by a quest for freedom, is peacefully striving to secure their political rights as mandated by UN resolutions. However, the Modi-led Indian government has resorted to oppressive measures to stifle the voices of Kashmiris.

Minhas condemned the Indian forces' actions, citing extrajudicial killings during 'cordon and search' operations and arbitrary arrests on fabricated charges targeting those advocating for self-determination. He pointed out the incarceration of numerous individuals, including prominent figures like Masarrat Aalam Butt, Muhammad Yasin Malik, and Aasiya Andrabi, under draconian laws to prolong their detention.

Despite facing Indian aggression and human rights violations, the Kashmiri people remain resolute in their pursuit of freedom from New Delhi's unlawful control. The APHC dismissed the recent Lok Sabha election in IIOJK as a deceptive move to misrepresent the ground reality in the region.

The APHC called upon the international community, including the UN, OIC, EU, and G20 nations, to compel India to grant Kashmiris the right to determine their political destiny in compliance with UN resolutions. Emphasizing that this step is crucial for fostering peace, stability, and prosperity in South Asia, the APHC underscored the significance of international intervention in resolving the longstanding Kashmir conflict.
