General Sahir Shamshad Mirza presides over an Investiture Ceremony honoring scientists and engineers with civil awards for their exceptional contributions. The event held at Chaklala Garrison in Rawalpindi recognized 35 individuals, with General Mirza expressing gratitude for their selfless dedication in fortifying the nation's resilience.

Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC), General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, recently presided over an Investiture Ceremony at Chaklala Garrison in Rawalpindi, where distinguished scientists and engineers from strategic organizations were honored with civil awards by the President of Pakistan. A total of 35 individuals were recognized for their exceptional contributions, with seven receiving the Sitara-i-Imtiaz, 15 the President’s Award for Pride of Performance, and 13 the Tamgha-i-Imtiaz.

General Mirza commended the awardees, emphasizing their crucial role as unsung heroes of the nation. In his address, he expressed gratitude for their selfless dedication in fortifying the country's resilience, stating, 'You all have selflessly contributed towards strengthening the foundations of a resilient nation; and for that, we are forever indebted to you.'
