Police in Rawalpindi have made a significant breakthrough by apprehending a suspect engaged in the illegal smuggling of fireworks. During a crackdown, a substantial quantity of illegal fireworks was seized from the suspect, who confessed to procuring the goods from KPK of Fireworks and distributing them in various areas of Gujjar Khan.

The smuggler, identified as Muhammad Arshad, was captured by the Gujjar Khan police. A case has been registered against him, and further investigations are underway to uncover more details about the smuggling operation.

SP Saddar Mohammad Nabil Khokhar praised the efforts of the SHO Gujjar Khan and the entire police team for their prompt action in apprehending the suspect.
