China recently marked the 103rd founding anniversary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) with nationwide celebrations. The CPC, boasting nearly 100 million members, is preparing for significant reforms to guide the 1.4 billion Chinese population towards a better future and modernization.

One of the upcoming crucial events is the third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, set to take place in Beijing from July 15 to 18. This session is pivotal for the CPC to steer China's national development and rejuvenation.

In Shanghai, the birthplace of the CPC, new Party members gathered at the Memorial of the CPC's First National Congress to recite the Party admission oath. The ceremony was part of a series of activities including flag-raising, poetry reading, and performances to honor the CPC's founding anniversary.

Residents of various age groups in Shanghai actively participated in these events to understand the CPC's contributions to China's peace, development, and the well-being of its citizens. Zeng Feng, a resident, expressed pride and confidence in the Party's leadership, underscoring its role in guiding the nation towards prosperity.

Border areas in Xinjiang and Xizang regions also celebrated the anniversary with enthusiasm. Border guards in Xinjiang and Xizang reiterated their dedication to safeguarding the borders and homeland, recognizing the Party's role in ensuring their happiness and prosperity.

In Medog county, Xizang Autonomous Region, a gala featuring 'red song' performances highlighted the duty to protect the border and develop the hometown. Similar celebratory activities occurred in Yadong county, Xigaze, where local leaders honored veteran Party members for their unwavering dedication and service.

Even officers of the China Coast Guard on patrol duty in the South China Sea commemorated the anniversary by reaffirming their Party oath, watching historical films, and sharing stories of Party history. These events across China showcase the deep commitment of CPC members to uphold the Party's values and contribute to the nation's advancement.

The anniversary celebrations of the Communist Party of China not only reflect the Party's rich history and influence but also demonstrate the unity and dedication of its members towards building a prosperous and harmonious society. As China continues on its path of development, the CPC's leadership and vision remain integral to shaping the nation's future.
