Fabrício Oliveira Elected as Lions International President

The 106th Lions International Convention, held in Melbourne, Australia, was a momentous occasion where over 10,000 Lions from around the world came together to celebrate their commitment to community service and humanitarian efforts. From July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, the collective impact of 1.4 million Lions and Leos reached over 390 million individuals globally.

During the convention, the Lions Clubs International Foundation allocated more than $45 million in grants to support charitable initiatives, empowering Lions to address local and global needs effectively. The event featured inspiring speeches from notable figures like astronaut Chris Hadfield and tech entrepreneur Marita Cheng, motivating Lions to continue their philanthropic work.
