The 149th PMA Long Course passing-out ceremony at PMA Kakul honored outstanding cadets and highlighted the academy's commitment to excellence in leadership training.

The 149th PMA Long Course passing-out ceremony took place at the prestigious Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) Kakul, where cadets from various courses showcased their skills and dedication. The event was graced by esteemed military officials, including Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Sahir Shamshad Mirza and Chief of the Turkish General Staff General Metin Gürak.

During the ceremony, outstanding cadets were recognized for their exceptional performance. Academy Senior Under Officer Muhammad Nauman Abdullah and Company Senior Under Officer Muhammad Abdullah Javed received the Sword of Honour and President's Gold medal, respectively. Additionally, Friendly Country Senior Under Officer Fahad Bin Aqil Al Towarqi Al Fallaj from Saudi Arabia was honored with the Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee Overseas Gold Medal.

Other notable awards included the COAS Cane presented to Course Under Officer Ilyas Khan and Commandant's Canes awarded to Course Junior Under Officer Danish Sattar and Course Under Officer Sher Bano. General Sahir commended the cadets and their families for their hard work and emphasized PMA's legacy of producing exceptional military leaders.
