Ali Pervaiz Sworn in as Minister of State

Ali Pervaiz, a Member of the National Assembly, recently took office as Minister of State after being sworn in at a ceremony held at Aiwan-e-Sadr in Islamabad. The oath was administered by President Asif Ali Zardari in the presence of Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb, parliamentarians, and other dignitaries. Ali Pervaiz, who secured the MNA seat from NA-119 constituency in Lahore on behalf of Pakistan Muslim League-N, assumed his new role following a successful by-election.
